The Feedback Revolution Has Begun… And We’re All In
MANGLAR, BARCELONA
The walls of silence are cracking. Teams are waking up. And somewhere in the heart of Barcelona, a group of humans gathered to remember: feedback is the way out to collaboration.
What if feedback was our best ally?
That was the question that sparked a very special gathering at Manglar, Barcelona’s coworking oasis where creative minds, bold ideas, and human connection come together every day.
Manglar is a purpose-led community that values learning, experimentation, and care. So when they invited us to co-create a session on feedback culture, we knew it would be something special.
Shared Intentions
01. Reframe feedback as fuel for healthier, more connected teams
02. Make tough conversations possible, and meaningful
03. Blend practical learning with emotional safety and collective insight
04. Build bridges through shared challenges in communication
05. Shift the lens: from correction to care, from evaluation to evolution
How we designed the experience
The session reflected Manglar’s spirit: open, grounded, alive. We held space not just to teach, but to connect, practice, and rethink old habits.
Panel Conversation
Diverse voices from the creative and business world shared how they navigate feedback across roles, teams, and power dynamics.
Ongoing Practice
We shared practical tools to take away but the most valuable thing people left with was a mindset shift: feedback as a daily act of leadership and connection.
Interactive Workshop
We brought our “Feedback Revolution” framework to life with hands-on exercises practicing how to structure conversations, ask for feedback, and turn tension into dialogue.
Community Integration
It wasn’t a one-way delivery. Participants brought their own stories, challenges, and wisdom. The learning was collective, the insight emergent.
What we noticed
We noticed that feedback doesn’t have to be uncomfortable. When it’s honest and human, it becomes a tool for connection rather than correction. When we move past discomfort, it creates space for trust, growth, and clarity. Real feedback says: I see you, I believe in what you’re capable of, and I’m willing to have the conversation that gets us closer to it. That shift, seeing feedback as an offering, not a judgment, is what transforms teams.
