We were sitting around one day and went, 'What if organizations are just like big webs of people talking to each other?

The more we thought about it, the more we were like, 'Whoa! Every single conversation, every little connection... that's literally building the whole thing.' A company is basically made of all these moments between people.

So we figured out that frameworks exist to improve communication, and we're developing our own. Doesn't matter if you're the boss, selling something, working with your team, or trying to change stuff up. When people connect, everything just works.

And now? Now we spend our time designing experiences that help people relate to each other differently. What's beautiful is that by changing how we communicate, everything else just... transforms. Like dominoes, but in the best way possible.
